    TRG Craves...Chilled Soups

    As we approach the final weeks of summer, TRG suggests chilled soups to savor the bountiful, fresh produce available. Keep reading for our take on the tastiest soups offered on menus throughout the Southeast to cool you down in the dog days of summer.


     

     

    INC. Street Food - authentic gazpacho soup featuring a blend of fresh vegetables topped with creamy avocado creama

    Floataway Cafe - chilled watermelon gazpacho

    Heron's - chilled corn soup with huckleberries, popcorn, ginger puree, frozen coconut and sweet herbs

    Eleven - chilled spring pea soup with smoked pork belly dush, morel mushrooms and lemon creme

    MARKET Buckhead - tomato gazpacho soup with summer vegetables and olive oil
