Serpas – “big papa’s” double beef patti with smoked cheddar, red wine dressing, apple smoked bacon and a side of house fries.

eleven at Loews – half pound 1855 burger topped with house made peach sauce, fried green tomatoes and Georgia smoked gouda, served on an onion bun

The Umstead Hotel and Spa – fresh ground Kobe beef burger a patty of juicy Kobe beef is ground in house, placed between two house-made-from-scratch buns and topped with house-made pickles and tomatoes which most often come from The Umstead’s farm. Served with perfectly crispy fries made with truffle oil and Parmesan cheese
4th & Swift – an off-the-menu gem, this burger is made from beef short rib and strip loin trimmings then wood-grilled with melted Valdeón cheese and charred Vidalia onions and served with homemade habernero ketchup on the side
Evelyn Paul - salmon, spinach and sweet potato burger with cucumber sour cream condiment
MARKET Buckhead - grilled MARKET burger with black truffle dressing and brie, served with fries
